It seems China was left out, so we just added China. All models are available in China, they are not cheap though.

I live in Dubai, and I thought I should give you an update:
Dubai and the rest of the UAE introduced VAT on 1 January 2018. It is currently set at 5% on all goods and services.
Also, you might want to add a technical note that iPhones sold at authorised shops in the UAE (including the Apple Store) do not include iMessage, and it CANNOT be added afterwards. This only applies to ios devices. There are MANY shops that sell grey-market iPhones, but the prices are not fixed, and often more expensive. These generally have iMessage.
